Empowering Confidence
One Splash at a Time
“To make swimming a universal life skill that transforms lives worldwide.”
Meet Maria Di Fiore
Founder of Water Town Swim School
Water Town Swim School is a proud USA brand, founded by Maria Di Fiore—a mother, educator, and lifelong advocate for children’s safety and development. With a degree in child psychology and over 20 years of hands-on teaching experience, Maria built Water Town on one simple truth: swimming isn’t just a sport—it’s a life skill every child deserves.
From the ghettos of the USA to the slums of India, and from international schools to private lessons for CEOs and celebrities, Maria has taught children of every background and ability. Known as the “Swim Teacher Whisperer,” she has a gift for guiding even the most fearful swimmers into confidence and joy in the water—often within just a week. Parents trust her because she understands that before any child can learn, they must first feel safe, secure, and supported.

A Mother-to-Mother Commitment
As a licensed foster mom and volunteer for orphanages and trauma centers, Maria brings a mother’s heart to everything she does. She knows firsthand the trust it takes to hand your child over to a teacher—and that’s why Water Town Swim School was built with the highest standards of care, safety, and water quality.
Parents can rest assured that as a USA-founded brand, we never cut corners. From the cleanliness of our pools to the structure of our curriculum, every detail is designed to protect children’s health, nurture their confidence, and help them thrive.
Our Misson
Swimming is a non-negotiable life skill. Drowning is preventable, and every child deserves the chance to be safe and confident in water. At Water Town Swim School, we’re not just teaching strokes—we’re building stronger, safer, happier children, one splash at a time.
